NATA Review
As the epidemic of hepatitis C-related liver disease slowly surfaces, physicians will be faced with the need to devise safe and effective ways other than liver resection and/or transplantation of treating patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Pacella and colleagues show us how to effectively employ new technologies and minimally-invasive approaches in a collaborative effort that achieved remarkable improvements in survival.
