NATA Review

This retrospective observational study compared two treatment concepts in major trauma patients: an FFP-based strategy versus a TEM-guided coagulation factor concentrate-based strategy. This study supports the timely and aggressive correction of coagulopathy using factor concentrates because RBC and platelet concentrate transfusions were better avoided in this cohort.
