Dr. Linda Shore-Lesserson is Professor of Anesthesiology at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra-Northwell and Vice Chair for Academic Affairs.

She is a clinical and an academic cardiac anesthesiologist who is a Past President of the SCA and currently on their Board of Directors.

She is a fellow of the American Heart Association (AHA) and is the Chair of the Surgery and Anesthesia Council (CVSA) of the AHA. She now also serves as President Elect for SABM. Research interests lie in the field of hemostasis and thrombosis as it relates to cardiovascular disease. She lectures frequently at national and international scientific meetings.
